The Ohio State University is seeking a contractor to perform a comprehensive interior renovation of the 4th floor of its Research Administration Building (approximately 10,466 SF). The work includes minor demolition, new partitions, ceiling grid and tile, doors, finishes, mechanical/electrical/plumbing upgrades, an accessible restroom, and a new break area with associated casework and fixtures. An alternate is offered for corridor casework and plumbing fixtures.
