Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a vendor to provide full‑service maintenance, repair, and parts supply for Ventrac brand mowers used by the 117th Air Guard at Birmingham. Work includes preventive maintenance, part replacement, and ensuring equipment readiness throughout the contract period. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, transportation, and comply with State procurement requirements.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and ad‑hoc repairs per the Ventrac Service Manual.
• Replace tires, spark plugs, oil, belts, filters, batteries, and mower blades as needed.
• Provide all necessary parts, labor, and transportation to the Birmingham Air Guard facility from 20 Oct 2026 to 30 Sep 2027.
• Must be registered in Alabama Buys, meet E‑Verify and tax compliance requirements, and adhere to the $25,000 contract ceiling.
