The Air Force is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive plumbing and gas maintenance services for the 117th Air Refueling Wing / Civil Engineering Squadron at the Birmingham Air Guard facility. The contract covers a one‑year service period, requiring on‑site personnel, equipment, parts, and reporting in accordance with military protocols. This is a Quick Quote solicitation, meaning the award will be based on price and compliance rather than a competitive RFP process.
• Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs, valve replacements, leak fixes, water‑heater installations, and gas‑line services.
• Supply all necessary tools, replacement parts, and materials; report arrival, completion, and departure to the 117th ARW personnel.
