The State of Alabama is seeking a qualified vendor to provide quarterly preventive‑maintenance services for two DELTA pop‑up vehicle barriers located at the 117th Air Refueling Wing’s Birmingham Air Guard facility. The contractor must supply qualified personnel, tools, parts, and supplies to conduct comprehensive inspections, cleaning, lubrication, safety‑system checks, electrical testing, and hardware tightening each quarter, and must report arrival, completion, and departure to the facility manager. The work runs from October 20 2026 through September 30 2027, requiring four maintenance visits.
• Perform operational verification, cleaning, lubrication, safety‑switch and sensor checks, battery replacement, and visual inspections of barrier hardware.
• Complete a detailed service checklist and submit status reports after each visit.
• Identify any issues beyond the preventive‑maintenance scope and report them to the Combat Engineering Squadron work control.
