Description
The State of Alabama, on behalf of the 117th Air Refueling Wing (ARW) Civil Engineer Squadron in Birmingham, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide monthly water testing, treatment, and related maintenance for closed‑loop HVAC systems and cooling towers. The contractor must supply all chemicals, parts, equipment, labor, and transportation needed to perform the service, and generate three status reports per site visit (arrival, completion, departure). Any equipment failures outside the defined scope must be reported to the CE Work Control. This is a Quick Quote solicitation with a contract period from 20 Oct 2026 to 30 Sep 2027.
