STEP ONE: TRANSIT SERVICES OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to operate and maintain its transit services. The scope of work includes oversight and management of a fixed route transit system, operating transit services for large-scale events, management of a Bus Operations Dispatch Center, and maintenance of a fixed route transit fleet with at least 300 revenue vehicles. Proponents must have experience operating projects that meet the specified criteria and must provide a proposal that includes experience with large-scale projects, references, contract history, contact information, and contract preparation. • The proposal must include an essay outlining experience with large-scale projects • The proposal must include references and contract history • The proposal must include contact information and contract preparation • The proposal must include a statement of acknowledgement that the proponent will submit a Step Two Proposal and will be present for the Interview and Local Management Situational Tabletop Exercise portion of the solicitation process
