Budget estimate

$3,000,000 – $8,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose the contract value. Based on typical costs for sewer line construction (approximately $400–$800 per linear foot for 8‑18 in pipe, plus demolition and site work), a 9,667 ft project could range from roughly $3 million to $8 million. Factors influencing the final amount include pipe diameter mix, soil conditions, mobilization costs, and required DBE participation.
