De Votie Avenue Sewer Replacement - Phase 2A (10240735)

The City of Cincinnati, acting for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati, is seeking qualified contractors to replace and rehabilitate the De Votie Avenue sewer system (Phase 2A). The work includes installing a new 24‑inch gravity sewer, replacing portions of existing 12‑inch gravity pipe, performing cured‑in‑place pipe (CIPP) lining on additional segments, demolishing and abandoning old pipe, installing new manholes, reconnecting service taps, and restoring streets, sidewalks, and landscaping. The contract will be awarded on a “lowest and best” basis; an 8 % Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation goal applies, and bidders must submit a 10 % bid guaranty (minimum $500).
