North Town Sanitary Sewer Replacement

The City of Findlay is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of an existing 12‑in. water line and a 15‑in. sanitary line that intersect a 36‑in. storm sewer, along with associated manhole adjustments, new 18‑in. sanitary sewer installation, temporary pavement repairs, and related traffic‑control and site restoration work. The scope includes excavation, pipe lowering, new manhole construction, asphalt drive replacement, curb and gutter work, and final site grading and paving. • Remove 12‑in. water line and 15‑in. sanitary line from under a 36‑in. storm sewer and lower existing manholes. • Install new 18‑in. sanitary sewer (408 LF) and associated new manholes, plus 58 LF of additional 18‑in. sewer. • Provide all labor, equipment, traffic control, pavement saw‑cutting, material disposal, and pavement restoration. • Required compliance with Ohio prevailing‑wage rules, domestic steel use, and equal‑employment‑opportunity provisions.
