The City of Pawtucket is seeking a qualified contractor to perform early‑site work for the Tidewater Landing Phase 1 B Riverwalk East project. The scope is limited to preparatory activities such as mobilization, surveying, erosion‑control, vegetation clearing, temporary drainage installation, soil remediation (including lead‑impacted soils), utility verification, and site restoration. The contract is a short‑duration, high‑intensity effort that must comply with Davis‑Bacon prevailing‑wage rules and a site‑specific Storm‑Water Pollution Prevention Plan.
• Mobilize equipment, establish control points, and install temporary erosion/sediment controls.
• Perform tree clearing, soil remediation (lead‑soil removal), and install a temporary closed drainage system.
• Coordinate lay‑down area within existing fenced limits, provide snow removal, and restore disturbed areas by reseeding/hydro‑seeding.
