Jay Lively Ice Chiller Replacement and Maintenance Project

The City of Flagstaff is soliciting competitive bids for the Jay Lively Ice Chiller Replacement and Maintenance Project at the Jay Lively Activity Center. The work includes selective demolition of existing water‑cooled chillers, evaporative coolers, pumps, air‑control devices, and associated piping, followed by installation of two new air‑cooled chillers, primary chilled‑water pumps, air‑control devices, and a hydronic reheat loop. New equipment must integrate with the existing Building Automation System (BACnet communication) and connect to existing chilled‑water mains (6″ pipe with reducers to 8″ mains). An electrical service upgrade and a new 1000 A switchboard will also be provided by the owner. Bids are to be submitted electronically via OpenGov by 12:00 pm on 12 Nov 2026; questions are due by 5 Nov 2026.
