SCH-2026-1003 RFQ Design Services for Garfield School Elevators Replacement Project

The City of Revere is seeking a responsive and responsible firm to provide Designer Services for the Garfield School elevators replacement project. The selected firm will be responsible for designing the replacement of the elevators according to the RFQ provisions. The City of Revere reserves the right to accept any response or portion of a response, waive any minor informality in a response, investigate the ability of the respondent to honor a response, reject any and all responses, and award all contracts as shall be considered in the best interest of the City of Revere. • The RFQ is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 149, Section 44A½. • The City of Revere is taking positive steps to maximize the utilization of minority business enterprises in all activities administered by this agency. • All proposals submitted in response to this RFQ shall remain in force and shall not be withdrawn for thirty (30) business days following the RFQ submission date and time. • The contract will be awarded within thirty (30) calendar days after the RFQ submission date and time, or up to 30 additional days by mutual agreement.
