Excess Liability Insurance Program

The Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) is seeking bids for an Excess Liability Insurance Program with a term of 11/1/25 – 10/31/26. The program is open to pre-qualified insurance carriers who have previously qualified through a Request for Qualification. The evaluation criteria for the bids will include costs, coverage, and terms and conditions.
