Description
The U.S. Consulate General in Cape Town is seeking qualified architect‑engineer firms to develop a complete design package for renovating its consular workspace and kitchenette. The effort is qualifications‑based; firms submit SF‑330 forms, credentials, and past‑project examples, but no pricing at this stage. The selected firm will later receive a detailed Statement of Work and be asked to submit a price proposal for the design services. The scope includes site investigation, space programming, architectural and interior design, structural, electrical, and plumbing engineering, FF&E planning, code compliance, construction‑ready drawings, and a cost estimate. The work must comply with South African building codes and be performed by professionals registered with SACAP and ECSA.

• Requirement for locally‑registered architects and engineers (SACAP/ECSA)
