The Idaho Office of Drug Policy is seeking a sole source authorization to contract with the American College Health Association (ACHA) for the administration of the National College Health Assessment (NCHA). The NCHA is a nationally validated survey that provides comprehensive student health and behavioral data. The Idaho Office of Drug Policy has determined that ACHA is the only vendor that can meet the programmatic, methodological, and institutional requirements of this effort. The survey will be used to collect data on student health and behavioral trends, which will inform prevention efforts and guide statewide initiatives.
