Skyhaven Airport On-Call Professional Architect/Engineer Services

The University of Central Missouri is seeking a qualified firm to provide on-call professional architect/engineer services for various projects at the Skyhaven Airport. The selected firm will be responsible for providing design through construction completion services for projects such as runway extension, land acquisition, and environmental studies. The firm must have experience working with FAA, MODot, and other federal agencies on airport projects. The contract will be for a period of five years, and the firm must be able to meet project schedules and provide reliable service with good quality. • Key services include project administration, design, construction procurement, and facility operation services • The firm must have a track record of providing consulting and design services for airport construction projects • The firm must be able to complete and assist in completing FAA, MODot, or other federal documents to comply with standards associated with grant funds • The firm must be able to advise the owner on how to meet requirements for design, MODot approvals, bidding, contracting, prevailing wage, project closeout, and other aspects as designated by the owner
