Description
The Shelby County Board of Education (Memphis‑Shelby County Schools) seeks qualified vendors to provide on‑demand, professional IT temporary staffing across a wide range of technology roles. The contract is an indefinite‑delivery, multi‑award IDIQ pool; work will be issued via individual work orders with no guaranteed minimum volume. Vendors must accept the fixed hourly rate schedule in the RFP and demonstrate expertise in at least two of the listed IT categories. All staffing, payroll, tax, benefits, background checks, and required insurance are the vendor’s responsibility, and the vendor must replace unsatisfactory staff within one business day. The base contract term is one year with up to two one‑year renewal options.
