25-01 RFP CHILD CARE PROVIDER LEASE

The City of Fairbanks is seeking a qualified, licensed child‑care provider to lease a 3,506 sq ft renovated space within City Hall and operate on‑site child‑care services for municipal employees. The provider will be responsible for staffing, programming, custodial upkeep, licensing compliance, and fee transparency while the City supplies the facility, utilities, and basic infrastructure.
