Underground Oil/Water Separator Repairs & On-Call Services

The Kenton County Airport Board (KCAB) is seeking bids for underground oil/water separator repairs and on-call services at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). The successful bidder will be required to repair existing underground oil/water separators and provide on-call repair services for all KCAB-maintained separators as necessary. The contract will be for a period of two years with an option to renew for three additional one-year terms. • The separators vary in size, construction, and year built, including underground steel oil/water separators, cast-in-place concrete interceptors, and precast concrete interceptors. • The contractor must demonstrate experience in the inspection, repair, or rehabilitation of underground oil/water separators, wastewater structures, or similar systems. • The contractor must provide a site supervisor and ensure that all work is done in accordance with Airport regulations and safety regulations. • The contractor must also provide and operate pumping equipment as necessary to achieve a dry or workable condition. • The contractor must comply with all applicable regulations and ensure proper handling and disposal of any water or sediment removed during repair activities.
