WIC and MyPlate Promotional Materials

The Iowa Department of Administrative Services on behalf of the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services is seeking eligible bidders to provide WIC and MyPlate promotional materials, including kids' cups, water bottles, silicone spoons, and reusable grocery bags. The contract term will begin on September 1, 2025, and end on August 31, 2026, with the option for up to five annual extensions. Bidders must meet the specifications outlined in the RFB, including providing samples and proofs of the items. The Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to negotiate the contract with the successful bidder. • The RFB includes a detailed description of the required items, including size, material, and branding requirements. • Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the Iowa IMPACS system. • The Agency will evaluate bids based on price and responsiveness to the RFB requirements. • The successful bidder will be required to register to do business in Iowa before payment can be made.
