Energy Optimization Programs

The Board of Water and Light (BWL) is seeking proposals for Energy Optimization Programs. The selected bidder will be responsible for providing energy optimization services to the BWL. The scope of work includes developing and implementing energy optimization plans, providing energy-efficient solutions, and ensuring compliance with the BWL's Safety Manual. The contract price will be based on the proposal price, and the BWL reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The evaluation criteria include responsiveness of proposal, price, time of completion, exceptions to the proposal documents, financial stability, and recent and past experience. • The BWL is seeking a contractor to provide energy optimization services for a period of 3 years (2026-2029). • The contractor will be responsible for developing and implementing energy optimization plans. • The contractor must comply with the BWL's Safety Manual. • The contract price will be based on the proposal price. • The BWL reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
