Americorps Formula Grant Applications 2026/2027

The State of Delaware is seeking a single prime vendor to provide professional consulting services that will enable Delaware‑based organizations to prepare and submit AmeriCorps Formula Grant Applications for FY 2026‑2027. The contractor must support at least one of the AmeriCorps focus areas (e.g., veterans, youth mental health, environmental stewardship, etc.), develop program concepts, assist with budgeting, and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements. The contract is for two years with three optional one‑year renewals, begins September 1 2026, and includes monthly reporting obligations.
