The Parish of Jefferson is seeking a professional landscape architecture firm to provide services for the Mike Miley Community Oasis Project. The project aims to create a community oasis with outdoor spaces that are accessible during high heat conditions by implementing green infrastructure solutions. The scope of work includes play spaces, parking enhancements, green infrastructure, and improved walkways within the Mike Miley playground area. The selected firm will be required to provide professional landscape architecture services, including design, drafting, and construction administration. • The project will utilize federal disaster and resiliency funds, and the selected firm must comply with all applicable federal requirements. • The firm must have a licensed, registered professional landscape architect in the State of Louisiana. • The firm must have a professional in charge of the project who is a licensed, registered professional engineer, architect, or landscape architect in the State of Louisiana with a minimum of five years' experience. • The firm must have one employee who is a licensed, registered professional engineer, architect, or landscape architect in the State of Louisiana in the applicable discipline involved.
