The Washtenaw Community College Student Center Welcome Center (SC 203) needs a complete flooring replacement. The contract requires removal of existing carpet and vinyl composite tile, disposal of the old materials, and installation of new carpet and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) as shown in the provided drawings. All furniture must be removed before work and returned after installation.
