The Ringwood Board of Education is seeking a qualified firm to serve as the Broker of Record for two distinct insurance programs: (A) Property & Casualty insurance and risk management, and (B) Health benefits for district employees. The selected broker will be responsible for marketing and placement of policies, risk analysis, claims advocacy, compliance with federal and state regulations, and ongoing employee support throughout the 2026‑2027 school year. The contract requires extensive statutory disclosures and a detailed technical and management proposal, with a strong emphasis on methodology and experience. • Provide marketing, placement, and renewal services for property, liability, auto, workers’ comp, and educators’ legal liability coverage. • Negotiate, design, and manage health benefits plans, ensuring ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA compliance. • Submit one original and two copies in a sealed envelope by May 29, 2026 11:00 a.m., accompanied by a full set of New Jersey statutory certifications (BRC, affirmative‑action, political‑contributions, etc.).
