AFFIRMATIVE ACTION OFFICER ("AAO"), EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OFFICER ("EEO") SERVICES

Camden County is seeking a qualified firm to provide affirmative action officer (AAO) and equal employment officer (EEO) services for the County and its associated inter‑agencies throughout 2027. The contractor will review existing AAO/EEO claims, investigate new claims, assist in policy development, and coordinate with legal counsel to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Services are performed on an as‑needed basis, requiring flexibility, investigative expertise, and a strong understanding of employment‑law compliance. • Review and manage existing AAO/EEO claims for Camden County and multiple inter‑agencies. • Conduct investigations, interviews, and resolution of new AAO/EEO complaints. • Develop or update policies/procedures related to affirmative action and equal employment. • Coordinate with County Counsel and agency managers to maintain regulatory compliance. • Provide additional reasonable AAO/EEO services as requested throughout the contract year.
