Description
The United States Postal Service is seeking qualified individual investigators to provide Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) investigative services on a per‑case basis. Awardees will act as independent contractors, conduct discrimination and harassment investigations, develop investigative plans, collect affidavits, produce Draft and Final Reports of Investigation (ROIs) in a prescribed digital‑bookmark format, and adhere to strict USPS timeliness standards. Candidates must obtain a USPS‑Inspection Service security clearance, complete an EEO Investigator Skills class, maintain 8 hours of annual EEO training, and perform all work personally (no subcontracting). The contract is structured as an ordering agreement with per‑case fees; investigators are expected to handle a minimum of ten cases per year.
