Description
East Texas A&M University is establishing an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) pool of qualified architectural firms to provide on‑demand design, construction‑phase, and close‑out services for university construction projects. Respondents must submit a Statement of Qualifications by November 6, 2026. The initial contract term is three years with two optional one‑year renewals. Services may include conceptual design, schematic design, construction documents, bid support, construction administration, inspections, and project close‑out. The university will select multiple firms to create a pre‑qualified pool and will issue individual work orders as projects arise.
