On-Call Training and Coaching Services

Seattle Housing Authority seeks a qualified consulting firm to provide on‑call training and coaching services that support its mission and strategic plan. The work will be issued via individual work orders over a one‑year initial term (extendable up to five years). Services include leadership development, culturally responsive and trauma‑informed customer service training, community‑engagement workshops, and customized coaching for supervisors, managers, and frontline staff. The contractor must be able to deliver both in‑person and virtual sessions, include preparation and post‑session reporting in its rates, and comply with HUD Section 3 and diversity goals. • Scope: leadership, team, and specialty trainings plus one‑on‑one coaching for SHA staff. • Delivery: on‑call work orders; formats can be in‑person, virtual, or hybrid; travel costs to be embedded in rates. • Evaluation: 35‑point scoring (experience, unique approach, pricing); proposals due May 21 2026, with award expected September 2026.
