RESTAURANT OPERATION AT PINON HILLS GOLF COURSE

The City of Farmington is seeking a qualified vendor to operate a full-service restaurant, including alcoholic beverage sales, at the Pinon Hills Golf Course. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a variety of quality prepared hot and cold food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, and maintaining the concession in a first-rate manner. The vendor will also be required to obtain any necessary licenses and certifications, including those related to food service and alcoholic beverage sales. Key responsibilities include: • Providing daily food and beverage offerings, as well as during tournaments or other group events • Maintaining the concession in a safe, clean, and orderly condition • Obtaining necessary licenses and certifications • Coordinating business opening and closing times with the Golf Course General Manager • Providing services seven days a week, with extended hours during special events
