The State of Arkansas is seeking a contractor to collect, transport, and process waste tires from transfer facilities in District 4. The contractor will be responsible for providing a physical location for processing the waste tires, ensuring that the waste tires are processed for recycling, reuse, or proper disposal, and assisting the Board in preparing quarterly reports for the Department of Environmental Quality. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for up to six additional one-year terms.
