Midland ISD is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a turnkey solution for the removal, delivery, and installation of walk‑in coolers and freezers across multiple district schools. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, awarded to the lowest‑cost compliant offer, and includes complete demolition of existing units, disposal, new equipment supply, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and final start‑up verification. Vendors must attend one of two mandatory site‑visit dates (Sept 29 or Sept 30, 2026) and submit a full proposal by Oct 20, 2026.
