The City of New Rochelle is seeking a qualified event design and planning firm to develop and execute the Winter Wonderland Indoor Holiday Market. The selected consultant will deliver a visually engaging marketplace and a comprehensive guest experience strategy covering design, operations, and programming. The event will run from December 3rd to December 20th, 2026, at 29 Le Count Place, New Rochelle, NY 10801. The consultant's responsibilities will encompass creative direction, logistical coordination, vendor integration, installation and breakdown oversight, and on-site support to ensure the event operates seamlessly. • The consultant must provide a comprehensive guest experience strategy that integrates design, operations, and programming. • The consultant must deliver a visually engaging marketplace with a cohesive Winter Wonderland theme. • The consultant must provide a spatial plan including vendor spaces, attractions, and lounge areas. • The consultant must execute ceiling and overhead decor, entrance light tunnels, and uniform vendor booth styling. • The consultant must recruit, schedule, and manage on-site event crew, technical staff, and maintenance labor.
