Eviction Defense Program RFP

The City of Los Angeles is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide comprehensive eviction defense and eviction prevention services for the Eviction Defense Program and United to House LA (ULA) Homelessness Prevention Programs. The services include providing legal representation, outreach and education, tenant harassment protection, and short-term emergency assistance to tenants facing eviction. The proposer must have experience in providing similar services and meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the RFP. The contract term is 36 months, and the contract value is approximately $53,579,032.26. • The proposer must provide a detailed proposal outlining their experience, qualifications, and approach to providing the services. • The proposer must demonstrate their ability to provide the services and meet the eligibility criteria. • The proposer must submit a proposal that includes all the required attachments and certifications. • The City will evaluate the proposals based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the RFP. • The City reserves the right to negotiate the contract terms and conditions with the selected proposer.
