Request for Qualifications for Architectural Services

The Scott County Board of Supervisors is seeking qualified firms or individuals to provide architectural services for potential awards of available CDBG-DR funding, FEMA funding, and other related awards. The scope of work may include preparation of plans and specifications, distribution of bid documents, assistance with opening of bids and bid tabulations, and construction inspections. The County encourages Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Woman-owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) to submit proposals. Proposals will be evaluated on qualifications, experience, and capacity for performance. • The selected architect will provide all architectural services for successfully funded projects during the period of performance and through closeout. • The scope of work may include preparation of plans and specifications, distribution of bid documents, assistance with opening of bids and bid tabulations, and construction inspections. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. • The contract will include the scope and extent of work and other essential requirements. • An individual contract will be executed for each awarded project, and the contract will be on a fixed price basis.
