Missoula County is seeking a qualified commercial cleaning contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services across 17 county facilities, totaling roughly 300,000 sq ft. The work includes daily restroom and trash services, weekly deep‑cleaning of offices and high‑touch surfaces, bi‑weekly recycling handling, monthly floor buffing, quarterly stripping/waxing and carpet extraction, and annual exterior window cleaning.
