FUSION DISINTEGRATOR

The Kansas Adjutant General Office is seeking a vendor to provide a solid-state media disintegrator that meets specific requirements, including being listed in the NSA/CSS Evaluated Products List for Solid State Sanitization Devices. The device must be able to destroy solid state media, such as SIM cards and flash drives, to a particle size of 2mm or less. The contract term is for a one-time purchase, and the vendor must provide a warranty for at least one year. • The device must be manufactured in the United States. • The device must have an automatic bin-full sensor and indicator. • The device must have an internal brain to sense overload and momentarily reverse automatically to clear and prevent jams. • The device must have Life-Extend destruction blades, grinders, and screens that are easily reused, adjusted, and replaced. • The device must produce acoustics of 85 dB or less during destruction. • The device must use a self-contained, 3-stage air filtration system. • The device must have an emergency safety button and safety-rated cover interlocks. • The device must have a main power switch that accepts a lock for Lockout/Tagout in the 'OFF' position. The vendor must also provide castor wheels, a cleaning brush and tools, and a debris bin and bags.
