UPGRADE SOLAR SERVICE POINTS TO AC POWER

This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to upgrade existing solar service points along Wyoming Highway 28 to AC power. The work includes removal of existing solar equipment, installation of pull boxes, conductors, UPS systems, batteries, AC‑DC converters, power supplies, PDUs, breaker panels, and associated wiring in compliance with NEC and agency specifications. The contractor must also perform boring at two mileposts, provide all required materials, label all cables, protect against rodents and insects, and install surge suppression devices.
