Disability Retirement Reviews by Third Party Administrators

The Kentucky Retirement Systems is seeking a third-party administrator to provide disability retirement reviews. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing pre-claim administrative services, case management services, disability retirement review services, and medical assessment services. The vendor will be evaluated based on their proposed technical solution, proposed cost solution, and oral demonstration/presentation evaluations. The vendor with the lowest total cost will receive the maximum score for the cost portion of the solicitation. • The scope of work includes providing services for disability application and reapply claims, periodic review claims, employment reviews, and reinstatement reviews. • The vendor must provide a cost proposal that includes costs associated with the services provided in the scope of work. • The vendor must also provide separate costs for other expenses related to the services provided.
