Description
The Town of Wethersfield is seeking a commissioning firm to provide full commissioning services for the Highcrest Elementary School. The successful firm must demonstrate extensive experience in all facets of architectural and MEP design for K-12 educational facilities. The firm must also have experience with the State of Connecticut Office of Grants Administration Process. The project requires the firm to submit a proposal in accordance with the solicitation package requirements.
• The firm must provide full commissioning services for the Highcrest Elementary School.
• The firm must demonstrate extensive experience in all facets of architectural and MEP design for K-12 educational facilities.
• The firm must have experience with the State of Connecticut Office of Grants Administration Process.
• The firm must comply with all municipal, State, and federal affirmative action and equal employment opportunity practices.
