Annual Training Meals

The NH Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide catered meals for their 2025 Annual Training. The contractor will be required to provide breakfast and dinner meals for a period of 14 days, from 02 August 2025 to 15 August 2025. The meals will be delivered to two locations: FT DEVENS, MA and CAMP NETT, CT. The contractor will be responsible for preparing and delivering the meals, as well as maintaining a clean and sanitary dining facility. The contractor will also be required to provide condiments, tableware, and beverages. • The contractor must provide all personnel, supervision, subsistence, and other items necessary to prepare and deliver meals. • The contractor must maintain a Quality Control Program to ensure the requirements of the contract and the meal preparations are met. • The contractor must ensure that all food handlers are in accordance with applicable health and safety regulations. • The contractor must provide on-site personnel to assist in the delivery and serving of the meals. • The contractor must ensure that all meals are delivered on time and are of high quality.
