Raymond Community Center RFQ - Facility Conditions Assessment & Space Needs Study

The Town of Raymond, Maine is issuing a Request for Qualifications to identify licensed architects, engineers, and facility‑assessment consultants to perform a comprehensive Facility Conditions Assessment and Space Needs Study for the future Raymond Community Center. The study will evaluate the existing 40,000‑sq‑ft former Jordan‑Small Middle School building, develop space‑programming requirements, assess physical condition, and produce preliminary cost estimates to support capital‑planning and a potential bond.
