MIL-Rebid-Architecture and Engineering Services QBS-SE

The Illinois Department of Military Affairs is seeking Architectural and Engineering services for various projects throughout the State. This is a Qualification Based Services (QBS) which requires pricing to remain locked/unopened prior to the Agency's evaluation of the Vendor's Statement of Interest. The resulting contract will have an initial term of 5 years, with the option to extend up to 10 years. Key services include site surveys, ALTA surveys, scope of work development, design services, and construction on-site observation. • The QBS process will be used to select the top-ranked vendor. • The contract will be awarded based on the vendor's qualifications and experience. • The vendor must be licensed with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. • The contract will include provisions for federal funding and compliance with federal regulations. • The vendor must comply with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act. • The contract will include provisions for subcontracting and vendor disclosure.
