DSS #9 - ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The City of Detroit is seeking qualified firms to provide engineering, construction management, and program management services. The selected firms will be placed on a list of pre-approved suppliers and will compete for city work on a project-by-project basis. The scope of work includes electrical, civil, mechanical, structural, architectural, geological, and environmental engineering services. The city is looking for firms with at least five years of experience in providing these services and a current Michigan Professional Engineer License. The proposal should include a respondent questionnaire, introduction and overview, pricing, forms, affidavits, and documentation, as well as a sample contract and scope of work. • The city will evaluate proposals based on experience, past performance, and quality control. • The city may make changes to the requirements of this RFQ as deemed necessary. • All proposals must be submitted through the City of Detroit Oracle Supplier Portal system. • The city is increasing the utilization of electronic communication for the exchange of information and business documents. • Applicants must provide financial statements for the previous three-year period and may be required to provide letters of credit or other documentation to demonstrate adequate financial resources.
