The State of Iowa’s Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is soliciting professional design services to replace approximately 550 aging windows in the Administration Building of the Cherokee Mental Health Institute. The selected firm will provide full‑scope design, coordination, permitting assistance, cost estimating, and construction‑administration support through design development, construction documents, and construction phases, concluding with close‑out.
