The City of Waconia is seeking bids for the design‑build of the Reitz Lake Area Lift Station, a comprehensive water‑ and sewer‑infrastructure project. The scope includes constructing a cast‑in‑place lift station with pumps, piping, valves, controls, benching, and related equipment; building associated manholes and flow‑meter installations; erecting a control building with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems; installing a standby generator, fencing, a bio‑oxide tank, and a bituminous driveway/parking lot; and extending watermain, sanitary sewer, force‑main, and storm‑drainage infrastructure while coordinating site grading and utility connections.
