Indiana University is seeking a single vendor to replace the entire campus network edge across its eight campuses (≈ 430 buildings, > 300 000 devices). The scope includes supplying modular/fixed edge switches, Wi‑Fi 6E/7 access points (including hospitality APs), a scalable Network Access Control platform, and an integrated management/analytics suite, together with five‑year manufacturer‑backed support, licensing, and training. The contract will be awarded on a fixed‑price basis with a bulk order and a one‑year warehousing commitment. • Deliver edge switches meeting extensive technical specs (PoE++, 25 Gbps uplinks, N+1 redundancy, etc.) for all IDFs listed in the appendix. • Deploy Wi‑Fi 6E/7 APs and controllers with N+1 redundancy, supporting up to 110 k concurrent users at the Bloomington campus. • Provide a NAC solution integrated with SecureW2, Azure AD, Fortinet, and other authentication services, plus a unified management platform with AI‑driven analytics. • Offer 5‑year technical support, 24/7/365 response SLAs, hardware replacement guarantees, and training for up to 20 IU staff members. • Submit a line‑item price proposal with optional value‑add services and a flat‑percentage discount structure, valid for 90 days.
