National Guard - Landscaping Services

The State of Nevada, through its Office of the Military, is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive landscaping services for a statewide network of National Guard facilities. The contract will run for an initial two‑year term with optional one‑year extensions, covering routine turf maintenance, plant and tree care, debris removal, irrigation system support, and rock/decomposed‑granite (DG) upkeep. Vendors must be registered in Nevada’s vendor system, hold current Nevada business and contractor licenses, carry the required insurance, and demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience. Submissions must be received by the bid opening deadline of 11 Nov 2026, with all questions submitted no later than 28 Oct 2026. • Services required: mowing/edging, plant/tree care, debris removal, irrigation maintenance, rock/DG installation. • Coverage: up to 31 Nevada National Guard sites across Carson City, Reno, Las Vegas, Henderson, Elko, and others. • Eligibility: Nevada business & contractor licenses, insurance, ≥3 years experience, financial capacity, and compliance with state‑wide security and environmental policies.
