The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation are seeking a qualified design‑build contractor to construct a new single‑family residence (approximately 1,598 sq ft) adjacent to the Resident Fish Hatchery on the Sturgeon site. The contractor must handle all aspects of design, permitting, site development, utility installation (well, septic, 200‑amp underground electrical service), construction, commissioning, and close‑out, delivering a move‑in‑ready home with full interior finishes and a two‑car garage. The contract will have a minimum three‑year term with possible year‑to‑year extensions, and the award follows a bid opening on November 2, 2026.
