Description
The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation are seeking a qualified design‑build contractor to construct a new 1,598‑sq‑ft, three‑bedroom, two‑bath residential house with an attached two‑car garage at the Sturgeon resident fish hatchery site. The scope includes full design services, permitting, site development (grading, utility installation, septic and well), construction of the building envelope, interior finishes, MEP systems, and commissioning, all in compliance with federal, tribal, state, and local codes. The contract will be a minimum three‑year service agreement with potential year‑to‑year extensions.
• Design‑build delivery for a single‑story residential house (~1,600 sq ft) plus garage and site work.
• Includes civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior‑finish work, as well as all required permits and inspections.
• Performance bond required if contract exceeds $100 k; retainage 25 % or bond; insurance minimums specified; Indian Preference scoring applies.
